SOLO
Schelhase SOLO is designed to small/medium volume production and has injection from the top, controllable injection time, cooling time and injection pressure. The SOLO can be adjusted to your specific needs, so it´s possible to keep start-up costs as low as possible and later upgrade the model when customer demands raises. This model can be delivered with:
- Hand dispenser
- Melting unit
- Shuttletable
- 1 or 2 bolster
SOLO HS
Schelhase SOLO HS is designed to small/medium volume production and has injection from the front, controllable injection time, cooling time and injection pressure. The SOLO HS can be adjusted to your specific needs, so it´s possible to keep start-up costs as low as possible and later upgrade the model when customer demands raises. This model can be delivered with:
- Melting unit
- Shuttletable
- 1 or 2 bolster
MT 700
Schelhase MT700 moulding machine is designed to large series and more complex issues than Schelhase SOLO series. It has controllable injection time, cooling time and injection pressure. The machine is designed to easily fit into a production cell and is delivered with:
- Height adjustable elevation for best ergonomics
- PLC control panel
- Melting unit
- Clamping force 700 kg
ST1600
Schelhase ST1600 moulding machine is designed to larger series and more complex and bigger parts. It has controllable injection time, cooling time and injection pressure. It has shuttletable and height elevation for best ergonomics, possibility of dual injections and is delivered with: Height elevation for best ergonomics PLC control panel Shuttletable 1 or 2 melting units Single or dual injection Clamping force 1600 kg
